tender, incisive and going to deeper places where both tears emerge yet are hard to find--so generous of St. John to take Mary to Ephesus and be her son there----how many will be those who shepherd and care for the women whose sons and husbands die in the Russia-Ukraine War?----to the depths we go, to Hades this dark day---there is resurrection but often hard to find, tragedy clouding, often the blue sky of hope---thanks for the probes that ever massage our soul into a deeper and more perennial reality
